In episode #30 of My 2.0, guest Danielle deShaw, Mindset and Confidence Coach, TV Host and Speaker, shares her transition from a career in corporate to entrepreneurship.

Danielle started her career in manufacturing, in microbiology, since that was her education and background. Over the years, she moved to human resources and at age 40, decided she was going to take a step back to figure out who she was and where she wanted to go next. Given she was surrounded by entrepreneurs, she decided to try that path even though it was vastly different from her career choices up until then. Two and a half years into entrepreneurship, she felt she had big learning gaps and wasn’t much closer to finding herself. So she went back to manufacturing, but kept one ‘shoe’ in entrepreneurship!
