Like you, I have many identities. I am a wife, and a mother of three (not including a Goldendoodle). A lover of chai. A powerlifter. A businesswoman, an engineer and a STEMinist. I have been in the technology business for over 20 years, with deep experience in global operations management. I am currently the President of Cospan Consulting, enabling business to evolve into their next transitions faster and more efficiently.

The idea for My 2.0 podcast germinated as I personally transitioned to my new career in early 2020. I knew my teen daughters were watching my every move, to see how I shed my previous identity and evolved into my new one. Through the podcast, I hope to build a like-minded community of peers and mentors coming together to share their career transition journeys through storytelling; to provide a framework making our career transitions easier and more seamless; and to always be learning.
